Hi and welcome! So glad you are here to make a change! The food tracker comes with an explanation tutorial but basically if you can put in what you are eating manually putting in what each thing is, calories, carbs etc. or you can look up what you are eating by typing it in the what did you eat bar and and you can get the stats that way by someone who has already looked it up. . Good luck on your journey
