I read your response. Don't feel bad. Neither i nor my boyfriend have lost weight for January. It looks like we both have gained weight. I lost 2 pounds. But I started off at 160. The two pounds are just the 2 pounds i had gained. So i am still 160 pounds. I told him yesterday we need to be more active and find activities to burn calories. He still does not want to join a gym. He does not want to waste the money. He says we need use out stationary bikes and start juicing for most of the meals. And eat one solid meal a day. We start this every week. emoticon Hopefully this week we will start exercsing each day. I don't know if the juicing is realistic for all meals. Maybe for one. Good Luck with your weight loss! It is going to be a challenge for you being away from home. emoticon
