Late 4o's and needing to lose 45 lbs.

I've been putting weight on steadily for the last 20 years but in the last 5 the weight gain has suddenly increased.

I'm feeling very de-motivated about my weight at the moment. I'm also really annoyed that this has become an issue in my life since I grew up being very trim and athletic.

Don't worry, you'll get there. I just focused on one day at a time, looked at my loss in small increments, and all of the sudden it all added up to where I am now :)

Keep at it, and NEVER GIVE UP! You can do it!
