I just graduated college and looking to lose that freshman 15, sophomore 30, junior 40, and senior...well you get the rest. I just need to get fit, be healthier, and look amazing in clothes I have been wanting to wear my whole life. I am a fashion fanatic but you couldn't tell because the only thing I can feel comfortable in are jeans and t-shirts. I am going to start looking out for myself, get motivated, and be that inspiration for others. I'm going to need your help too, we will get there together I believe it!

I love you. Make changes every day. Small ones. Set little goals for yourself. That's what I'm going to try to do from now on. One of my new goals is to say one positive affirmation about myself to me every day. Or post it on my sparkpage somewhere. Another is to take my vitamins. Another is to get in 10 minutes of exercise. Those are doable for me now. Later, I will add to them. I am going to write these down and track them also.

Today is the unofficial "take happiness into your own hands" day. It's unofficial because I just made it up! (*grin*) But it seems like a great idea, right? Today, try not to be controlled by others... decide to be happy, decide to be great. Move forward as if all your dreams could come true today with no barriers standing in your way.
