Half way to my first goal weight... Zumba baby

Hi, im Samantha. So glad to find this site, so many tools, other weight loss sites, dont offer. Im coming to terms with the fact that i am concidered over weight. I never had a problem until i had my daughter, never had to exercise, and could eat what i wanted, that has all changed now. I want to change my habits.

I have now been on sparkpeople for about 6 months. I have casually been losing weight. However I have recently become a lot more determined, because I have met the man of my dreams. I am happy with my weight, but I would love to be what I used to be before my pregnancy, which was nearly 5 years ago now, 15kg to go. That would be ideal.

I am eating alot more healthier, and using the "Dukan Diet" every few days. Just have to get myself in a routine to exercise more. I am feeling confident!!
