Feel good about yourself

I've never been skinny. All my family are, ( big bone ) that's how we call them. I tried all kinds of yo-yo diet Slim fast , Atkins, La weight loss, Xenadrin, acai-berry you name it ....... I lost the pound and when i stop dieting I gain even more.
So now I want to change my eating habit more fruits and veggies, whole grain,lots of protein to stay full and portion control , instead of focus on the weigh.

Eating healthy will definitely result to weigh loss.

I'm in the 180's and would now like to progress to the 170's. Tough stuff! I am going to walk a 5K Sunday for the Especially for You Breast Cancer Walk. Let me know how you are doing... thinking of you often and wondering how it's going! emoticon
