My goal is to get healthy - it's that simple.
My Program:
I am tracking my calories and trying to keep a healthy, balanced diet. I'm learning (sometimes slowly!) how to make better food choices. I am also trying to become much more physically active - that doesn't mean going to the gym all the time, either.
