I hope you're having a great 2013! I've been very busy this year with a couple different personal challenges. This past weekend I completed Tracy Reifkind's Swing Quest 2013 (Thank you so much for introducing me to Tracy's blog!) I'm also getting much better with my TGUs and snatches. This morning I did the SSST with an 8kg bell and was able to finish 224 reps in the allotted 10 minutes. My goal is to complete 200 reps with my 12kg bell by the end of the month...
I'm also training for my first half marathon next month. It's a trail course, so I've been enjoying lots of long, practice runs in the hills behind my house.
