Thank you for checking out my page. My name is Marsha and I grew up with unhealthy eating habits. I wasn't fat but I was squishy, out of shape and inhaled junk food. When I turned 17 it started falling off. I didn't change my eating habits though, I assume it was a lot of baby fat falling off because of my age. Thank you for checking out my page. My name is Marsha and I grew up with unhealthy eating habits. I wasn't fat but I was squishy, out of shape and inhaled junk food. When I turned 17 it started falling off. I didn't change my eating habits though, I assume it was a lot of baby fat falling off because of my age. Even having 2 children I stayed fairly thin until 1997. This is the year my husband really got sick. I started gaining at the first of the year but I really started packing it on by fall and the 1st of November we really found out how sick he was. I left work and stayed home to care for him. By April 1998 I was 164 lbs and that was the biggest I had been in my life. I am only 5'1 by the way. He died April 7, 1998 and from that day until August 1998 I dropped 44 lbs out of depression and despair I suppose. I did start feeling better and although didn't gain much weight I filled out nicer and was healthier. Now fast forward to the present. I am up to 165, sore all the time. NO ENERGY. I just recently got remarried and when I look at the pictures I can only think who is that woman? Thank you again for visiting my page and woo hoo!!! I love SP!

My Goals:
Dec 2010 I am down 10 pounds from 177 to 167. I plan to lose another 10 lbs by March 3 2011 and to keep fine tuning my eating, portion control and such and to make my exercise program a permanent lifestyle change.
My Program:
Working out at the gym with my 2 daughters. Mon thru Fri cardio Mon, Wed, Fri weights
Personal Information:
I'm an Arkansas girl. WHOO PIG SOOIE RAZORBACKS! Hobbies would be making jewelry (new hobby) and reading. I also love playing with my new grand baby. She is the highlight of my life!!!!!!!

looking for that perfect job among other things and thinking about going back to college.
