Hello everyone. i'm here for 2 reasons. 1. To get healthy and strong and 2. To get a rockin body. I started my weight loss journey in August of 08. So far i've lost 73 lbs (UPDATE: 96 lbs lost!!!!). My goal is to lose 140 lbs overall.
