By joining up to participate in the battle, you are making a commitment to yourself and teammates for the duration of the competition. You are committing to setting goals and using the powerful force of community support to reach those goals. This is the 5th 8-Week Battle and each battle has proven to be very successful for many Sparkers!
That's right - the most important ingredients in your diet should be "support" and "motivation." With these two things combined, your chances of remaining committed and reaching your goals are much greater!
Jump right in and get battle ready before you begin! Look over all the "Sticky Topics" and get familiar with your battle field! If you are new to the Battle, make sure you read all the information listed under the “General Team Discussion Forum”. Each team has a team “Lieutenant” who well help answer your questions and provide with you support. Your Lieutenant will contact you soon. Please let me know which colored team you will be on (based on your weight) so I can get your LT to contact you and help you get started.
