Clinical Trail started for a year of better health!

Yesterday was the first day of my Clincal Trial program for Lifestyle Changes!

My wonderful nurse/clinical trial manager is named Miki - She is so kind and supportive,

My goals are to get under 230, then under 200! This is very realistic in 12 months, and lots of healthy changes along the way.

Get back in to walking now that the spring weather is here, starting with inside videos and wii fit again, building up to 45 minutes a day.

Keep calories under 1700 day, with a goal of 1140. Lower carb choices good for diabetes control.

Get blood sugars to be 130 or less daily.

Charting on sparkpeople again. The greatest tool around.
