It Can Be Done!

Hello my name is Sally, I live on beautiful Manitoulin Island. I love everything about food, I love to shop for it, cook it, bake it, eat it, and try new foods. That is why I have a weight problem. My goal is not to stop loving and enjoying food but to enjoy it in moderation. I also love to dance, read books, create my own greeting cards and listen to music. My Goals:
get back down to a healthy weight through healthier food choices and lifestyle changes so that I can feel good about myself.

My Program:
keeping track of my meals and trying to stay within the limits set out for me. I''m also exercising more, 20 minutes on my Elliptical trainer 6 days a week, plus strength training 3 days a week.

Personal Information:
I live in Canada and will turn 50 this year. UGH! I enjoy reading, making my own greeting cards, I''m also a SU Demonstrator. I''ve had success losing weight through WW but found the amount you are allowed per day not enough to go long term.

Sally-We definitely have all your snow, plus some! LOL We're getting hit again and should be dug out just in time for the kids to go back to school. I decided to just maintain through Christmas too since I haven't been running that much until I can go get my knee fixed. But we decided to get sick for the holidays and I lost a couple more. Not exactly a terrific weight loss plan, but I'll take the extra pounds lost! :) Happy New Year! I hope 2007 brings you wonderful times.

Oh you are doing so great Sally!!

You are right, Manitoulin is one of the nicest places on earth to visit. I have been to many countries around the world, and Manitoulin holds a very special place in my heart. From the roaring waves at Providence Bay, to the fossils at Gore Bay, and the deer jumping out as us in Meldrum Bay! - Manitoulin is one of my favourite places!!!!

I am so proud of your progress, keep up the good work!!

Hugs
Mary-Lee
