A Life Change But Not A Self Change!

Changing my bad habits is what I have been always wanting but didnt have the enough courage and will to perform this step..But now I am TOTALY keening to make an extreme change in my life by getting rid of the habits I dislike.

1) Reach the 55 KG.
2) Work out for an hour per day ( get it to be a habit).
3) Avoid sweets and junk food

Thank you for your warm welcome and your comments on my page. I do have a tendency to be anxious and overeat because of this. Yoga does help me with this by helping me to relieve stress.

Do you do yoga too? I absolutely love it.
