Hey! Thank you so much for your comment on my blog! I know there's other people out there in my shoes but it's SO nice to hear from one of them. Completely agree that it's so frustrating dealing with a grown child! He's helpful if I nag long enough. However, the busier I am - the easier it is to get him to help. So as counter intuitive as it seems, maybe taking more time to work on myself would help things. Mostly I fear it'll mean more stress for me. I started running almost 3 years ago, after I lost weight, actually. It's definitely helped me keep it off, though! Every Winter, I say I'm going to focus more on strength training since it's harder to get outside to run, but this year I'm finally doing it! I'm looking forward to seeing how it affects my running in the Spring. 1806 days ago
