    Thank you for your comment on my blog. Yes, the book is very good so far. I haven't finished it, because I read it when I'm riding my stationary bike. I didn't know what to expect either, but it was perfect for someone like me that had been on the program for awhile and then once I was really really pregnant I couldnt' do fitness anymore, didn't eat as well and then after having the baby, I didn't eat as well as I had used to and didn't exercise. I still struggle with cravings and eaitng at night especially if I'm up in the middle of the night which is about 2-3 times a night. The book for me is jsut a short version of the program to give you a jump start on your program. It has already helped me mentally and that in turn has gotten me to exercise, eat better and just treat myself better in general.

    I'm glad "shred" went so well for you - I sprained my ankle part way through -(not from shred) - started over so I am not finished yet, but I find it to be a really great work out and is definately showing results! keep up the great work!
