Still going strong!
As a mother of two small boys entering my late 20's, I want to stop fighting my weight and start enjoying life. I also want to lead a strong example of good health and fitness to my boys and my husband. And hey, it wouldn't be bad to look good in that old bikini again....! Well, almost 3 years later and I'm still at it! I am now an active mother of 3 beautiful children and have lost 40 pounds and am still losing! My Goals:
I'd like to complete a 10k this spring and I'd like to complete the Tough Mudder challenge, having completed every obstacle.
My Program:
I've joined a running club, running 3 times a week, to train for a 10k, signed up for Tough Mudder, and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I try to watch what I eat but don't restrict myself if i want to indulge once in a while.
