I wanted to check on my sparkfriend, and see if you are doing okay!! Every pound is a victory!! But even better is the chance to get in a good place mentally, when we actually give ourselves "permission" to do things for ourselves!! It has taken me a long time to learn this!! Happy holidays!! Jill
