DON'T GIVE UP!
My name is Sal and I have been chipping away at my weight since January 2010. Sometimes the weight has come off quickly and sometimes it just won't budge. I am in it for the long haul and however long it takes I am not going to give up.

Water Aerobics 60 minutes 4 days a week - more if I can. Treadmill is still a no go : ( Alternating Pilates and Yoga Adding in Strength Training 30 minutes 3 times a week Meditate daily Follow the Eat to Live Program Eat when I am hungry Eat very slowly Stop when I am full Drink plenty of water Be kind to myself and others
Personal Information:
I am a nurse who works in the substance abuse field. I live on a family farm with my husband, lots of chickens, a guinea hen, several organic vegetable gardens, and two dogs. We have 3 adult children and 2 grand dogs. : )
Other Information:
I love to read. I really enjoyed the book by Judith Beck called the Beck Diet Solution. Great read for stress/emotional eaters! I am looking forward to starting the Fall 5% Challenge and am hoping to make the 5% goal this time. I have very slowly morphed into eating Vegan and have brought my very recently retired husband along for the journey.
