My Goals:
I am looking to change my lifestly.So when I get the weight off, inshallah I can keep it off.
My Program:
I havent been counting calories as rigidly as I should. But i'm eating cleaner foods and trying to watch my portions.
Personal Information:
I live in Southern Maryland right out of D.C.
I am a Muslim. I'm married and raising my 5 yr old brother. I have trouble making time for exercising because I am a nanny to triplets. I work long 50+ hour weeks.
Other Information:
I love hearing anything about History. Anything Islamic. I enjoy a good laugh.
