My Goals:
My Goal is to get down to about 75 kgs.

My Program:
Eating the right foods :- Salads & Low Fat Foods etc. Walking a minimum of 3 days a week for a least 1/2 hr, with a view to ramping it up. Exercise Bike when i don't feel like walking.

Hi i'm Noel live Brisbane, Australia. A country/Farm boy, I drive a truck for a living, love my Wife & 2 Boys & Blue Girl my Cattle Dog. Love Life with a Passion enjoy Fishing, Hunting, golf and Sporting Clays.
