My Goals:
I want to wear a T-shirt without having man boobs or a dunlap belly. I want to be able to bend over without my gut hurting me. I want to be able to do the half tortise pose in yoga without spreading my knees and laying my gut on the floor to get my forehead to rest on the floor.
My Program:
Healthier nutrition...better food and less of it.
Ride my bike, yoga 2X a week, archery and walking with my Wooffitt and my girl.
