I am 49 years old and work as a journalist. I publish a Public Blog on Public Policy, Politics and Economics. I also write electronic books on wealth building and publish a fitness blog on this site.
I am a former 8 year varsity swimmer and cross country runner in high school and college. I taught and coached swimming off and on for more than 20 years at several different levels to both children and adults.
