Gotta Do This!
I am a wife and mother of 4 great kids. I have tried this weight loss journey several times to start off great and fail miserably. I let myself down countless times. So this time I gotta do this right for me and keep at it. I can't me the best Mom I can be if I am not taking care of myself. How can I teach my children to love themselves, if I don't love myself!!!
