Here I go again and again and ............
My name is Pat. I live in NE Ohio. I have yoyoed on my weight all my adult life, mostly post baby, but now it just won't go. I am 52, I think . I weigh 190, am 5'4" and shrinking do to osteoporosis. I am going to lose 50 lbs. and thats it. I am not very healthy but that is something that I am working on, apparently. So thats it, wish me wellness.
