2013 Continue the C25K program and enter more races. Lose at least 4 pounds a month. Weigh 2-3 times a week and leave it at that. Clear out my house of all the clutter and stuff I haven't looked at for years.

I love to camp, kayak and the outdoors. I am an avid gardener, love herbs, flowers and vegtables. I love geology and all that goes along with that.
