My Goals:
2013 Continue the C25K program and enter more races. Lose at least 4 pounds a month. Weigh 2-3 times a week and leave it at that. Clear out my house of all the clutter and stuff I haven't looked at for years.
My Program:
Eating at the BMR calorie rate of my target weight. Limiting carbs. Walking and then running. Weight training. Loving myself for who I am.
Personal Information:
2012 Record: 6-3: 273 7-3: 258 8-3: 254 9-3: 250 10-3: 242 10-31: scale vacation - epic fail. 12-23: 239 (not weighing meant I gained 5 pounds from my low 237, so I started weighing every couple of days to keep track) 1-25: 239 4-1: 245 5-1: 239 Back on track after a few months off.
Other Information:
I love to camp, kayak and the outdoors. I am an avid gardener, love herbs, flowers and vegtables. I love geology and all that goes along with that.
