2013 Continue the C25K program and enter more races. Lose at least 4 pounds a month. Weigh 2-3 times a week and leave it at that. Clear out my house of all the clutter and stuff I haven't looked at for years.

I love to camp, kayak and the outdoors. I am an avid gardener, love herbs, flowers and vegtables. I love geology and all that goes along with that.
Your doctor is an idiot. That kind of thinking is what got me where i was last August. "Eat 600 calories a day and call me in the morning when you are seriously ill." That's the disclaimer they should be required to say when they expect us to follow that type of plan!!
