I've been Sparked!

Well, here I am again - 14lbs to lose!

The plan:
Track my food, aiming to meet my goals 5/7 days a week (and not go nuts on the other two days!)
Classes: Pilates, Body Combat, Zumba and Abs (1 x each)
Walking: Wear my Fitbit everyday and walk as much as I can
Other: 2 minutes of squats/calf raises every time I brush my teeth

Weigh myself every Saturday morning

hi. i'm Kelly read your profile. My story much the same hit 30 and put on a few pounds. i wouldnt be classes as overweight either but i'm on the heavier side of what i can be for my height.

i'm fairly new to this site, and its good know not the only one in this position.
