Baby Steps

So I've been fretting about my weight and body and what I eat for years. YEARS! I've had enough and I'm ready to be honest with myself about my diet. I've got a lot of room for improvement.

So that's the plan. Improve. I don't have to be perfect at it, I just have to work at it.

You are doing great! Half way there is huge and you are past that.

Best of luck on achieving your goals, and remember to reward yourself along the way--perhaps new athletic gear? Advanced rock climbing lessons or trip (when it gets warmer).
