It's ironic that now I'm 48 years old, I'm rapidly approaching the best shape of my life. I've been working with a trainer for the last 6 months and he has me doing things I never would have imagined -- deadlifts, weighted squats, etc. When I started refocusing on this journey I weighed in at 154lbs and my body fat was 45%. Now I'm getting cut and my first goal is to get to 125lbs and 22.5% body fat. After that....stay tuned!

My name is Tory and I live in NYC, but would rather be in Africa on safari. I am one of the few Americans who has become a nationally qualified safari guide -- yes I had a BRILLIANT mid-life crisis. I can't wait to retire and move to Africa permanently. Until then vacations will have to suffice.
