Girl Anachronism

I am sick of only having my picture taken from the neck up to like it. I'm tired of wanting to cry when I go into a dressing room at a clothing store. I want my body back and I am finally going to do something about it!

Another restart. Not as bad this time as before. I totally reset my goals though. I have been exercising the last few months. That leaves me with my other big cross. Calorie intake. I LOVE FOOD.

My Goals:
MY goal is to turn my fat rolls into muscle tissue. I want my energy back and I want to feel good about clothes again. I want to not look at my stomach fat and feel the icky self-loathing.
I want to prove that I'm healthy and determined enough to train for and run a 5k.

Height: 5ft 10in I decided to add my hight because it helps put persepctive on size vs weight

My Program:
Using the treadmill a couple times a week. I am jogging for at least a third of my routine!
Still need to add back a little more dance to keep myself limber and make things fun.

yay good food! I should have given a shout out to you who taught me the art of spices, so that I no longer rely on cheese :-p

The eggplant turned out really tasty, I will definitely be doing that again.

I'm so glad you commented on my blog. Sure enough....I was more active the last couple days and it seems to be dwindeling in pain. I'm feeling much better. Maybe we should start a Sciatica group? emoticon

It's really very good as long as you use the natural peanut butter (with all the oil) and add enough water. I use the full 5 tablespoons.
