Girl Anachronism

I am sick of only having my picture taken from the neck up to like it. I'm tired of wanting to cry when I go into a dressing room at a clothing store. I want my body back and I am finally going to do something about it!

Another restart. Not as bad this time as before. I totally reset my goals though. I have been exercising the last few months. That leaves me with my other big cross. Calorie intake. I LOVE FOOD.

"I am sick of only having my picture taken from the neck up to like it" It was my opening quote, and something that was making me sick. I am proud to say that this October a full view picture was taken of me that I was Not ashamed of!
I must Keep if off! I must keep working to maintaine this Body and stay healthy!

My Goals:
MY goal is to turn my fat rolls into muscle tissue. I want my energy back and I want to feel good about clothes again. I want to not look at my stomach fat and feel the icky self-loathing.
I want to prove that I'm healthy and determined enough to train for and run a 5k.

Height: 5ft 10in I decided to add my hight because it helps put persepctive on size vs weight

My Program:
Using the treadmill a couple times a week. I am jogging for at least a third of my routine!
Still need to add back a little more dance to keep myself limber and make things fun.

I swear, I keep MEANING to come back to SP and be active again, but I keep letting other things get in the way. Thanks for the goodie - I'm going to try to use it to launch me back into being active. ;)

Congrats on starting your day out in such a healthy way! Keep it going!
If nothing else, it gets your blood moving and sets the tone for the day. I really think there are lots of positive side effects from short bursts of exercise!
