The journey to my best body yet !

I have a wonderful husband and three little boys, and I am looking to get in the best shape of my life. While I have never been overweight, I have never been fit and have always relied on short term (at times, drastic) diets to maintain my weight. Now after three children, I find a great desire (and need ;-) to become the healthiest I can be ...and get my body in the best shape of its life.

I am looking forward to this site helping me reach my goals.

My Goals:
*Goal weight: 122
*Sculpted lean arms
*Be able to wear adjusted shirts without having to constantly focus on sucking my belly in :)
*Change the shape of my thighs (lose those saddlebags that my mom insists are genetic and therefore impossible to get rid of)



My Program:
Diet:On the Weight Watchers program. I go in for weekly weigh ins. I am trying to eat as 'clean' as I can.

Exercise: I am working mainly with Jillian Michaels' workout dvds.
Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No more Trouble Zones
I also include some Turbo Jam workouts every now and then.

Thank you for the amazing comment. It's always nice to know that I'm not the only one on the same journey I'm on! You've done pretty great with your weight loss too. Have you used ww for all of the weight you've lost? How do you like it?

Oh the mini goals are a really big help for me. My 175 use to say get hair done but I just realized all my pants are too big so now it says new jeans haha. It helps to break it down because 5 pounds doesn't seem all that bad compared to 20-30. Just never give up. Good luck.

It's ok to cheat once in a while. but wats awesome is that you pushed yourself to exercise and you didn't do just one but three! you should be proud. Don't beat yourself up with cheating as long you work hard to make up for it. :)
