The journey to my best body yet !
I have a wonderful husband and three little boys, and I am looking to get in the best shape of my life. While I have never been overweight, I have never been fit and have always relied on short term (at times, drastic) diets to maintain my weight. Now after three children, I find a great desire (and need ;-) to become the healthiest I can be ...and get my body in the best shape of its life. I am looking forward to this site helping me reach my goals.

My Goals:
*Goal weight: 122 *Sculpted lean arms *Be able to wear adjusted shirts without having to constantly focus on sucking my belly in :) *Change the shape of my thighs (lose those saddlebags that my mom insists are genetic and therefore impossible to get rid of)
My Program:
Diet:On the Weight Watchers program. I go in for weekly weigh ins. I am trying to eat as 'clean' as I can. Exercise: I am working mainly with Jillian Michaels' workout dvds. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No more Trouble Zones I also include some Turbo Jam workouts every now and then.
