The Write Weigh

Right now, I am 31 years old. I have had the number 32 etched in my mind for the past two years believing that by the time I turn 32, I will finally be in a place where I am happy with my fitness level.

I've struggled for years with body image issues, but have finally reached a point in my life where I can accept the way I look in the right here and right now. However, I am not happy with my fitness level at all.

Right now, I am 31 years old. I have had the number 32 etched in my mind for the past two years believing that by the time I turn 32, I will finally be in a place where I am happy with my fitness level.

I've struggled for years with body image issues, but have finally reached a point in my life where I can accept the way I look in the right here and right now. However, I am not happy with my fitness level at all.

My heavy breathing after what should be only slight exertion is embarrassing. Whether I'm taking someone on a short tour for work or simply out walking with friends, I am the one whose breath hitches the most when trying to converse.

Fixing this problem is my goal. I am done being the slowest of the group, the sweatiest of the group, the fattest of the group!

Thanks for commenting on my blog! I use the site walking for fun for my virtual walk. They have several trails you can pick. Each day you log in the number of steps you took and they do the rest! They track your progress, show you pictures of the section of trail you covered , give you feedback reports. Since in real life I have a job, I won't be taking any long treks on a trail - this is about as close as I can come for now! check it out!
