Hey I'm trying to stay healthy and have fun too, avid sports fan wants to have the ultimate fitness experience. We all know that life is full of stresses especially for me now with aging parents and young adult children you've got to be ready for anything that life throws at you. In closing go buckeyes and brownies my goal is to hit the 90+ fitness score on my next PT evaluation..

Good Afternoon:

I will read the original post to get a better idea of what the goal is. I believe my metabolism is what keeps me so thin. I did have a thing about nutrition at a early age and I still do. My problem is that I like all the bad things. My weakness is chocolate anything. The goal I believe is not so much the weight it's the activity and how you feel and how you look. I do know that a toned muscle weighs more than fat. So take weight gain out of the equation. I will comment further later thanks for the reply. emoticon

I read you post...on the "overweight" thread perhaps you may want to read the original post in the thread to truly understand what the challenge is about. Also believe me anyone CAN gain weight .

Since you are already at goal we could use all the help we could get !!!
Please share with us what keeps you motivated and makes you successful.
