Sadaparibhuta: Never Disparaging

Sadaparibhuta is the Bodhisattva of Never Disparaging.
My goal is to live with kindness and understanding to others and to myself.
Kindness to myself includes breaking habits that don't support healthy living.
I have noticed that when my health is optimal, I think less about it: my good habits are on autopilot, and I am not distracted by aches and pains or tiredness.
Time to reinstate my best practices!

Thanks for visiting my blog. The spiralizer is really terrific! Can't believe how great the zucchini "noodles" come out. I've tried them with a small amount of garlic olive oil and a tablespoon of paremsan. I've also tried with marinara. I have a magic bullet and I whizzed up a bell pepper with chili powder and cumin and poured on top. Yum! Anyway if you try it let me know how you like it. Have a terrific day!
