50 pounds to lose!

Starting over once again. I've let work hours and chronic pain get in the way of exercising and tracking my food intake. I bought a new Total Gym 9 months ago and have used it once. I stopped going to the track to walk because it tended to cause me pain the next day due to my back conditions and nerve issues, but if I'm going to deal with these things, I'd rather deal with them thin.

Thanks for your comments on my blog...you are right and that picture should be my new motivator! I tried using a skinny picture (see my April blog)...great minds think alike...but, I really think that seeing myself from the rear might work better LOL!
