The last last time
This year I turned thirty and for the first time had my weight keep me from doing something that I really enjoyed. Not only was I embarrassed and depressed, I realized that it was entirely in my hands to change this...and I became very disappointed in myself. This will be the year that changes! My life, health and happiness depend on it!
