My Goals:
10/7/12 Taking it slow and getting back into a healthy routine. Will not obsess with weight, but instead on eating healthy and working out. It has been a roller-coaster summer and I'm ready to get on track! 6/7/12 In June I will be working my weekly calorie burn to 4000 calories. I will also be improving my nutrition through small changes.
My Program:
I am currently doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, c25k, and the firm express. I like working out. It's the nutrition I need help with.
