10/7/12 Taking it slow and getting back into a healthy routine. Will not obsess with weight, but instead on eating healthy and working out. It has been a roller-coaster summer and I'm ready to get on track!
6/7/12 In June I will be working my weekly calorie burn to 4000 calories. I will also be improving my nutrition through small changes.
I am currently doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, c25k, and the firm express. I like working out. It's the nutrition I need help with.
Hey Sach.... Jillian was amazing!! She so full of character, a huge inspiration. After seeing the show and getting to know her on a little more personal level I'm not quite sure how you can admire someone that much more but I do!!! I did learn a few things that I'm sure I would get too if I would settle down and pick up her new book and actually read it. LOL... I started it but that's as far as I got. Thanks for asking!! Thanks doll for the Spark Goodie about the loss of my dad, that was very sweet of you. Yes very hard, even though he is not here with us I still talk to him everyday. Looking forward to day when things return back to normal, though they won't be the same still looking for that normalcy and getting back on track.
Thanks Sach for the goodie!!! : ) I truly hope I'll be able to stick to this for another 90 days!! I would love to see what results I get from 2 rounds. I was quite pleased with the first 90. I just wish I would have taken my full pics so I could see diff from day 1 to 90. oh well plan on taken pics again either tomorrow or over the weekend. may not be tomorrow as I have dentist appt in the morning.
