Trying to get it Right!

Hi,
My name is Sue. I am a struggling weight watcher! I know I can do this, I have done it before. I lost a lot of weight on a high protein supplement, low carb diet but couldn't maintain it. I felt great and my clothes fit!! I want to feel like that again! I am now trying the slow and steady, healthy method. I am using all the great Spark resources and all of you for inspiration and support!

My Goals:
I would like to lose 30 pounds and regain my energy.

I would like to reduce my bloodpressure so that I can get off medication. And reduce my cholesterol so that I don't have to start meds.

My Program:
I am currently on the biggest loser diet.

Personal Information:
I am married with 2 grown children and 7 grandchildren. I work full-time and currently spend most of my free time at the gym.

Other Information:
I love to hike and go camping. I am anxious for the warm weather.
