My Program:
1. TRACK TRACK TRACK food & fitness
2. Drink green tea every day
3. Curves workouts 3x a wk whenever possible
4. Walk on lunchbreak until it gets too hot
5. Do 5 SP videos a wk
6. Blog daily
7. Check in with my teams daily for accountability
8. Eat all portion-controlled evening snacks on a proper dish, not out of container of whatever sort.




Personal Information:
I live in Florida in the Tampa Bay area. I'm a cozy couchsitter bookaholic by nature, so exercise is really important.

Other Information:
I am staff to three cats, married with adult children. Hate yardwork, love arts and crafts, love my family, love my cats, love my friends.
