Getting Fit and staying fit for Life
I am 25 now , i like to live a health lifestyle( atleast am trying) , i believe nothing is impossible just have to work on it ...... i try to avoid eating fried food and chocolate many time but i indulge myself with choco once and a while ......i would like to see myself weighing 52 kg! i hope to get there and nowdays am commited to exercise atleast 40 minutes 6 times a week! i do cardio ( dance especially since it is funny) , i do squats, lunges, and weight with 2.5 pound dumbell( i hope it ...
