Starting weight: 120 kilos

Medium-Term Goals
To loose 25 Kilos by 1st January 2008
Goal Weight: 95 kilos

Long-Term Goals:
To loose 50 kilos by 1st August 2008
Goal Weight: 70 kilos


My Program:
Action Plan to reach Medium Term Goals:
- To eat well and make healthy food choices
- To start an exercise routine on a weekly basis
- To reward myself for every 5 kilos lost

Action Plan to reach Long term goals:
- To track eating and exercises daily
- To go to the gym and do other exercises
- To make healthy food choices
- To keep and update a diet Journal
- To reward myself for every 10 kilos lost
