March 2012, some pounds have come off already (before joining SP), and it shows on my face.

My Goals:
Basically, two years or so into my marriage, I see myself slowly, very slowly, gaining weight. So I'm looking to get back to my weight of a couple of years ago. I don't have that much to lose, but my habits weren't that terrible, so it's going to be slow going.
My Program:
My most important change is to control snacking. Reduce the portions, and have healthier choices. I'm also amping the exercise. I was going to the gym 3 times a week, so now it's 5 times, and I'm going to push, push, push myself to do more, faster, harder. Get fitter, basically, and I have been so much fitter before. Point 3 is portion control, as I've realized I lost control of that recently. The changes are small, but manageable, the weight will come off slowly, and all I need to do is stick with it!
