I am once again going for the goal of losing weight with SparkPeople. I started before and was doing well, but money problems brought on stress and distraction from the plan. I need all the help I can get from my Spark buddies out there.

My Goals:
Short Term Goals: Exercise 2-3 times a week. Save $1 a day. Eat 1250 to 1550 calories a day. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
My Program:
Making use of the gym equipment available at home-treadmill. Using the Spark People recipes for cooking, and reading labels for calories. Using a 32 oz bottle for water. Putting away a dollar in my treasure box each day.

I love to cook. I am going to be starting Culinary School. My all time favorite movie is "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner", and my all time favorite show is "I Love Lucy".
