    Anytime. Touch basis with me whenever you need to. Go for it, it will be worth it. If you cannot follow the Spark meal plans, use some of your own, and adjust as needed for calorie count. Try to stay away from restaurants that do not offer a nutrition card to determine what is within your calorie intake for the day. My usual quick service food choice and only every couple of weeks is Chick Fil A, they offer a nutrition card in the restaurant, they have grilled sandwiches, and the food is great, and surprisingly the calorie counts are not as high as some fast food places. Also, add plenty of veggies to your diet. I have plenty of green veggies in our meals, and sweet potatoes are my new friend for starch. We have also started replacing ground beef with ground turkey and ground chicken. These are just a few suggestions. For exercising start off small, and as you get comfortable with one level, add more. Walking in our neighborhood has become exciting to me. Go for it girl, you can do it! emoticon

    So have a look around, click on pictures on people's pages, find some teams that will motivate and inspire you and get to Sparking!

    Do remember this: when setting your goals (and you should set goals - you need to know where you're going if you want to get there): start small, be consistent and never give up. Before you know it, you'll be writing your own recipe for success.
