Trying to go for a walk almost every day, although because of my bad feet it is not for very long. Doing strength training almost every day. Charting on paper what I eat is very important, and drinking lots of water, also.

born in Nuernberg, Germany. My husband is American, was in the army, and stationed there. We have two kids, they are 22 and 24 years old.
Other Information:
I love to read the bible, spiritual books, that bring me closer to God. About the saints, St. Frances de Sales, and St Teresa of Avila are my favorite Saints.
