Working on change. I am now 27 years old and it is time to start living my life. I'm tired of putting things off till "I get thin." There are hundreds of things I want to do and there is no better time than now. I am truly blessed to have amazing and supportive family and friends. Anyone who isn't supportive of me and my goals is not someone that I'm going to keep in my life. Here's to the beauty of hard work and change. **Every 10 lbs~ new pair of earrings (done x 3) **30 lbs ~new running shoes (done!) **35 lbs~ season two of X-FIles (yes, I know, I'm a dork) **40 lbs~ new gym outfit **45 lbs~ new bras (can't wait!!) **50 lbs~ Mac or Chanel makeover (and purchase) **60 lbs~ new video camera **75 lbs~ teeth work **80 lbs~ more sessions with trainer **100 lbs~ cruise!!! **♫ Daily reward for meeting calorie goal~ 45 min book/or tv show **♫ Weekly reward for working out at least 4-5x~free friday night (ie no homework, housework, work work) **$$**Reward for 105 days without eating fast food~hairstyle and dye! or new piercing or tattoo :)

My Goals:
To begin with losing about 10% of my body weight, and eventually around 75 lbs. And keep it off!
My Program:
I have cut out 90% of the fast food and eating out that I used to do. Currently, I'm focusing primarily on portion control. I work out 4-5 times per week, a combination of swimming, walking, cardio at the gym, and weight lifting.
