Working on change.
I am now 27 years old and it is time to start living my life. I'm tired of putting things off till "I get thin." There are hundreds of things I want to do and there is no better time than now. I've always believed that anything worth having is worth working hard for, and I know now that my own health and happiness is worth having. So I am going to work hard for it. I am truly blessed to have amazing and supportive family and friends. Anyone who isn't supportive of me and my goals is not someone that I'm going to keep in my life.

My Goals:
To begin with losing about 10% of my body weight, and eventually around 75 lbs. And keep it off!

My Program:
I have cut out 90% of the fast food and eating out that I used to do. Currently, I'm focusing primarily on portion control. I work out 4-5 times per week, a combination of swimming, walking, cardio at the gym, and weight lifting.
