I've got 5 months until my wedding, and seem to be holding on to a reasonable weight. Lots of weak days mixed in with good days are the store of my life. I have come to accept that exercise is just a necessity to avoid gaining weight again.

My Goals:
Fit into my wedding dress in October.

My Program:
-Tracking calories consumed and burned daily
-Eating at least 3 meals/day, and snacking on fruits and veggies
-Running every other day for at least 30 minutes
-Walking and/or roller blading on non-running days

Other Information:
Love running...I'm up to 4 miles in 40 minutes. I ran in my first 5K race in early July 09! So fun and I will definitely keep running, hopefully without any injuries.

Roller blading is my other favorite, though falling is pretty traumatizing! It hasn't stopped me though...

thanks for the comments girl! yeah i am the same way... all week i will do really good and lose a pound and then i will undo it over the weekend... i guess i need to get that undercontrol... its especially bad when i go home for break or a holiday and eat crazy amounts of snacks at family events! gosh i just want to kick myself now.... if only i could think about the consequences instead of how good it tastes... hahah

Thanks for popping in to see my page. It sounds like you're doing good. I always say I have the fat disease and even if I'm at goal, I'm only in remission. If I start gaining again, I take my medicine which is calorie restriction. I will never be cured but I can be in remission if I stay vigilant... emoticon emoticon
