thanks for the comments girl! yeah i am the same way... all week i will do really good and lose a pound and then i will undo it over the weekend... i guess i need to get that undercontrol... its especially bad when i go home for break or a holiday and eat crazy amounts of snacks at family events! gosh i just want to kick myself now.... if only i could think about the consequences instead of how good it tastes... hahah
Thanks for popping in to see my page. It sounds like you're doing good. I always say I have the fat disease and even if I'm at goal, I'm only in remission. If I start gaining again, I take my medicine which is calorie restriction. I will never be cured but I can be in remission if I stay vigilant... 2555 days ago
