My Goals:
My goals:
-Get back down to 150 and stay there
-Get rid of my achilles tendonitis and run again
-Exercise at least 4 days a week
-Log my food, don't stop, and use the SparkPeople food tacker to keep my carbs, fat, and protein within range
-Feel younger again


My Program:
I will exercise most mornings with a minimum of 4 mornings a week.

I log my food and try to keep it nutritionally balanced - 1300-1600 calories aiming for 1500

I live in Temecula, CA and work in Riverside.

I am married with two children (a son born in Aug '04 and a daughter born in May '06).

I'm 5'6"


Other Information:
I've succeeded in losing weight and getting into amazing shape before, but a tripple injury took me out of my happy routine. At first the weight didn't come back on, but once it did I slid back to where I am now... struggling to get my feet back under me and get back to where the healthy activities and eating are daily habits. I currently have Achilles Tendonitis that I want to get rid of by 12/13

    Hey;
    Didn't want you to think I fell of the planet or anything. Had some medical stuff come up with my wife that landed us in the ER at 3:30am Tuesday, and has been eating up every day since. Though it was urgent, it's all resolving nicely now. Hope to be posting tonight.

    Let me know how well the fitness tracker works and how accurate you think it is. Right now I'm using a Polar FT60 heart rate monitor and a pedometer for my insurance (Humana). We keep our insurance plan costs down and earn bonus money from work for active participation. The more activity, the more we earn. But to enter any of that on Sparks is a manual process. The idea of clipping on yet another gadget kinda bites, but the auto uodating could outweigh the hassle.

    I just wish all these different sites/trackers/companies could settle on one gadget or agree to accept each others data so people only had to use one device to track everything.

    Hubby joined this Spring and we are in a race to 199.9 pounds. A few weeks ago we both weighed 208 pounds. He is 6'2" and I am not LOL. He's doing very well and a good role model for me with his exercise.
