Shaken not stirred...
Well, I owe my personal fitness and future fitness to my beautiful wife flyfighter. She is the best training partner I've ever had. My goals for this year are to work on my strength training to help build a firmer buffer bod (like the new James Bond), and to continue working on my long distance running. I closed out the 2006 year with a 7mile run, and I would like to double that by the end of this year.
