DC! Exciting stuff. Would you be starting a new job there or would your current job move you? Whatever happened to that guy you were seeing for forever? Then again, that was forever ago... I am TOTALLY DOWN for a working/accountability buddy! A coworker and I are starting up at the gym tomorrow. I fell off the wagon yesterday (which I blame on copious amounts of beer the previous night) and I'm not doing so well today. Oh well, such is life. The important part is that I'm starting over tomorrow. What's your training schedule like? I'm hoping to do C25K Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. I'm thinking I'll start there and maybe add in some stair stepping on Wednesday and Fridays. I hear it's a good complementary exercise to jogging as it works different muscle groups. 1999 days ago
I'm doing really good. I'm living in South Dakaota, of all places. We spent a year in San Diego but didn't like it - we both felt claustrophobic, there were so many people. So now we live in a town of about 14,000! I graduated last spring (finally) and found a job here, which I love on most days. Things are going pretty well, just having trouble with this health/weight thing like always. I would really like to get into better shape, because both my hubby and I have baby fever, but I want to get healthier first! We bought an old 3 bedroom house.... What are you doing in Houston? Are you still traveling a lot?
PS: Good luck on your 11K and 10K!!! You might be a little crazy, lol. Then again, you were running a LOT there for a while. I couldn't even think about doing a 5K right now. 1999 days ago
